Bundle Requirements/Disclaimers

  • Bundle services reserved for Residential members only
  • Bundle prices do not include applicable taxes or federal/state charges
  • Customers must have TriCounty Communications Long Distance as their long distance carrier
  • Bundles may not be combined with any other residence local or toll calling plan offering
  • No credit will be given to “0” billed calls within the bundled package that are denied by the customer
  • Partial payment toward bundle service is not permitted
  • Bundle services are not intended for data or facsimile transmission
  • Bundle service does not include 900, 986, 555, and 700 numbers and will be billed separately at full retail rate
  • Long distance minutes do not include Directory Assistance or Operator Services
  • Early Termination Fee applies if customer requests a change from a Bundle package back to regular Exchange Service
  • Savings based on term: one free month for 1-year contract, one free month and only $50 in fees for 2-year contract, one free month and no fees for 3-year contract.
