• You will need a Network Interface Card (NIC) installed in your PC or a USB port in order to use the DSL Modem/Router TriCounty Telecom has available for purchase.
• Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE) technology is used to power TriCounty Telecom DSL service. If you are supplying your own DSL modem, you need to make sure your operating system or equipment supports this feature in order to utilize goFAST DSL with TriCounty Telecom. The DSL Modem/Router supplied by TriCounty Telecom supports PPPoE and does not require any specialized software.
