The Annual Meeting of Members shall be held on any date during the first six months of the calendar year, said date to be set by the Board of Directors at least sixty (60) days prior to the annual meeting.

The annual meeting shall be held each year at such place, within a county served by the Cooperative, as selected by the Board.

The date and location of the annual meeting shall be designated in the notice of the meeting.

The purpose of the annual meeting shall be the electing of Board members, presentation of reports for the previous fiscal year and transacting such other business as may come before the meeting.

It shall be the responsibility of the Board to make adequate plans and preparations for the annual meeting. Failure to hold the annual meeting at the designated time shall not work a forfeiture or dissolution of the Cooperative.
