Anonymous Call Rejection
Cost: $3.00 per month
Also available in all EZ Bundling plans.
Anonymous Call Rejection rejects calls from numbers that are anonymous. The calling party will receive a recording that they must unblock access to their number (they have to dial * 82) before the call can go through.
The Tri-County business office handles adding this to your line. You do not have to remember any codes to have this calling feature.
Caller ID

Caller ID - $4.00 per month
Caller ID Deluxe - $5.95 per month
Also available in all EZ Bundling plans.
Caller ID lets you see the calling party's telephone number before answering a call. A special display device located on or next to your telephone is required to allow you to view the calling number.
Caller ID Deluxe allows you to see the calling party’s telephone number and telephone listing (name).
Call Forwarding
Cost: $1.50 per month
Also available in all EZ Bundling plans.
Call forwarding automatically forwards your call to another location.
* Note: You, not the originating party, are billed for any toll charges when the forward-to number is outside your local area. The forward-to number can be canceled and a new number selected at any time.
Call Return
Cost: $3.00 per month
Also available in EZ Bundling plans.
Call Return allows you to dial a code and have a call automatically returned to the last party who called or attempted to call you.
* Note: Non published numbers, and long distance Do Not Work with this feature.
Call Screening
Cost: $3.00 per month
Also available in EZ Bundling plans.
Call Screening allows you to create a list of telephone numbers from which you do not wish to receive calls. Calls from telephone numbers on your list are sent to an announcement that informs the caller that you are not receiving calls at this time.
Note: This feature Does Not Work for cell phone numbers, or out of area calls.
Call Trace
Cost: $1.50 per month
Call Trace allows you to automatically request a trace of an obscene, threatening or harassing call. After receiving such a call, you simply dial a special code to have the calling party's telephone number printed at the Telephone Company.
Call Waiting
Cost: $3.00 per month
Also available in all EZ Bundling plans.
Call Waiting informs you that another party is trying to contact you while you are engaged in another telephone conversation. You can answer the incoming call and talk privately without losing the original party. You can also alternate between parties.
Delayed Fixed Call
Cost: $1.50 per month
Delay Fixed Call automatically dials a predetermined number, if NO number is dialed within 25 seconds after the handset is lifted.
* Note: This feature is useful in situations such as an elderly or disabled person who may need to signal for help by just lifting the handset.
Do Not Disturb
Cost: $3.00 per month
Also available in all EZ Bundling plans.
Do Not Disturb allows you to prevent calls from ringing at your telephone. Only callers who have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) can override this feature and ring your telephone.
Immediate Fixed Call
Cost: $3.00 per month
Immediate Fixed Call automatically dials a predetermined number immediately after the handset is lifted. It can be used to dial another business location by customers in need of a special service or information. No other outgoing calls are possible.
Mainstreet Messenger
Cost: $9.50 per month
The Mainstreet Messenger is a special type of telephone that allows the elderly or disabled to call for assistance by using a special pendant.
In addition, if the telephone is not used within a specified time, Mainstreet Messenger will automatically alert a specified person to check for the possibility of an emergency situation.
Personal Ringing - Teen Ring Service
Cost: $4.00 per month
Personal Ringing allows you to have up to two telephone numbers with unique ringing patterns (and unique Call Waiting tones if you have the Call Waiting feature).
Preferred Call Forwarding
Cost: $1.50 per month
Preferred Call Forwarding allows you to create a list of telephone numbers that are to be forwarded when they call you. When you activate this service, and a call arrives from a telephone number that is on your list, the call is forwarded. All other calls will ring your telephone in the normal fashion.
Priority Ringing
Cost: $4.00 per month
Priority Ringing allows you to program your telephone line to ring with a special ringing pattern whenever you are called from a select list of telephone numbers. If you also have Call Waiting, you will hear a distinctive Call Waiting tone whenever someone on your list calls you while you are on the telephone.
Repeat Dialing
Cost: $3.00 per month
Also available in all EZ Bundling plans.
Repeat Dialing allows you to dial a code to have your telephone continuously attempt to redial a busy number that you tried to call. When the line is free, you will be alerted with a special ringing, and a call will automatically be made. You can also use Repeat Dialing to redial the last number you called.
Special Call Acceptance
Cost: $3.00 per month
Special Call Acceptance allows you to screen incoming calls by creating a list of telephone numbers from which you are willing to accept calls. Calls from telephone numbers not contained on your list are sent to an announcement that informs the caller that you are not receiving calls at this time.
Speed Calling

8-number option - $1.50 per month

30-number option - $3.00 per month
Speed Calling, abbreviated dialing, lets you store frequently called numbers and place such a call by dialing a one or two digit code. This includes long distance numbers that are accessible by direct dialing.
Three-Way Calling
Cost: - $3.00 per month
Also available in all EZ Bundling plans.
Three-Way Calling allows you to add a third party to a previously established connection. If either party hangs up after the conference, you are still connected to the remaining party.
Toll Barred
Cost: - $3.00 per month
Toll Barred restricts all toll calls, including numbers in Tri-County Telephone's 40 mile plan, from being called.
* Note: No long distance calls can be dialed from your telephone.
Toll Barred with PIN
Cost: - $4.00 per month
Toll Barred with PIN restricts all toll including 40 mile plan.
Voice Mail
Cost: $3.95 per month
Also available in all EZ Bundling plans.
Voice mail automatically records your messages while you are on or away from your telephone.
