Can I record one channel and watch another with my receiver(cable box)?
TriCounty Telecom offers a Digital DVR receiver which allows you to record a channel while you watch another, fast-forward or rewind live TV, record call ahead pay-per-views and much, much more! Press the guide button, find your show and press record. A red dot will indicate your selection is scheduled for recording. The digital recorder will store your favorite shows, movies and events all in one easy to locate list. Record the entire season of your favorite show and never miss an episode again. Instant replay is a snap with DVR for all you sports fans. Simply call TriCounty Telecom to upgrade your package to include a DVR/HD receiver for an additional $12.95 per month per receiver. It will be well worth the 43¢ per day! If you are considering upgrading your TV to a new HDTV, TriCounty's DVR box also provides you all the channels indicated by an asterisk (*) for free. HD/DVR service is only available with the Deluxe or Elite packages.
If you are recording with a VCR this option is not available without having two receivers.

Yes! You will need a DVR/HD receiver and a HDTV to view FREE HD channels. Currently all HD channels are free to customers who lease a DVR/HD receiver for an additional $12.95 per month. Two great service for one LOW price! HD/DVR service is only available with the Deluxe or Elite packages.

- An interactive program guide will allow you to locate channels and obtain program information up to 6 days in advance (up to 14 days on a DVR/HD). You can view program ratings, time of programming and time current time of day.
- You can set up to 5 individual "My Favorite Channel" lists.
- The unique search tool allows you to search for your favorite show.
- Parental Controls allow you to block individual channels you consider inappropriate or block individual programs based on ratings. Parents can unblock shows by entering their PIN.
- A five day local weather forecast is available anytime by pressing menu twice.
- Easy access to Pay-Per-View selections.
- Setup options allow you to customize how you interact with your receiver.
Will my statement show if I have HD channels?
TriCounty Telecom has included HD channels in each programming package at no cost. If you wish to view HD channels you will need to contact TriCounty Telecom to obtain a DVR/HD receiver for $12.95 per month and have an HDTV. If you already have a DVR/HD receiver and an HDTV, you will automatically receive all HD programming included in your package with the exception of ABC-HD, CBS-HD, FOX-HD, NBC-HD and PBS-HD. These channels are also available FREE by contacting TriCounty Telecom. For tracking purposes, a no charge line item will appear on your statement for the HD Broadcast channels.

You will receive a Motorola Universal remote control with each receiver(s). This remote is programmable to most audio, DVD/VCR and TV devices. A programming guide will be included with the remote.
